Question / Help Problem with Shadow of War Streaming and 30-50% GPU Usage in idle and out of nowhere while streaming

Hi Guys,
as written in the title i have a problem with obs. Obs didn't show my Game in the First Place and isn't detectable trough Game Capture still. My second problem is, that my gpu gets used by OBS on 30-50% and it's not that 2D problem i've read about before.
Hopefully you can help me with that
