Question / Help problem with setting

hi i want to stream but i have a lack of knowledge in working with this program can anybody write me down the best setting for this gaming lap top

If you have a lack of knowledge, it's wise to do some learning. On the top of this website, in the top right corner, there is a "Help" link and within that, there is a huge "Wiki/Guides" section with quickstart and in-depth guides. Consult Youtube and see how others use OBS Studio. Try out the features of the program.

As start, to get a basic but working configuration of the encoder, use Tools->Auto Configuration Wizard.
