Problem with recording multiple audio tracks

I've searched everywhere I can think of by now. I've read posts on the forums, watched youtube videos, but I still can't seem to find where I'm going wrong.

Currently I have my OBS setup to record 3 audio tracks, as follows:
1) Desktop Audio
2) Microphone Input
3) Discord Audio*

*My headset splits the channels so that I can adjust a switch on my headset to balance gameplay/comms audio. Desktop plays on the game channel, Discord plays on the chat channel.

I have setup my OBS recording settings the following way:

Additionally, I have setup my Advanced Audio Properties like this:

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? I am very confused at this point. To be clear, the issue I'm experiencing is that when I record, and save the video, I then upload it to my video editing software to, well, edit it. In case it matters, I am using Wondershare Filmora. When I detach the audio from the video, all I get is this:

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm really not sure what else to do, and yet I feel like the answer is right there, in my face, I just can't seem to find it or recognize it.

Thanks!

Remux the mkv to mp4 afterwards and probe with the vlc player. If there are more than one audio tracks in the file, vlc let you switch (so rehearsal) them.

Aaaaah. I see it this moment. You set the encoder to "use stream encoder". Cause the stream is bound to one audio track, try own encoding settings here (for recording), please.

I just want to say thank you for this thread because I was about to duplicate the post.
I figured out that I also had "use stream encoder" set, which is why I couldn't hear my separate tracks.
I was going insane for a bit. I registered here just to ask, but then I find my answer here and so now I'm saying thanks.
