Question / Help Problem with push to talk and microphone

I have a problem, I have a hotkey set for push to talk. But my microphone works even the key is not pushed. How to fix that? I really need mic to only work when I push it to talk, since I use different language on TS.

You can delete this thread. I am blind and retarded apparently so I did not see the box I needed to check to use push to talk. Sorry
