Question / Help Problem with process priority

Greetings. I wanted to ask about help. I'm getting hard lags on stream when i try to stream PUBG(playerunknown's battlegrounds), exect lags, not drops. It happens when i set process priority in settings to "Normal", but all good when i set it to "High". In this way I get lags in the game, so i just want to figure what is problem since I have Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6600 CPU @ 3.30GHz, so i dont think its a problem with "low processor". Its not bitrate, not resolution, not fps, it happens only when im changing process priority for OBS. Thanks for help.

And what about your upload speed?
Is your Internet connection stable?
For 720p, do you have an Internet upload speed of at least 3.5Mbps?
Are you streaming via hard wired Ethernet or wireless? If wireless, avoid it.

You keep switching resolutions. Stop doing that. Use only 1280x720 and get that to work first before using 1920x1080.
I don't think you are going to be able to pull off high quality 1080 with that CPU and GTX 1060. I had similar hardware on an older system.
Shoot only for 720p....Just my opinion.

My upload speed is 21.80Mbps.
Yes, i got stable connection through the cable, not router.
Alrighty, but it happens on 720p too.
