I have about 3-5 upload speed. My problem is that a few days ago I bought a 144hz monitor Iiyama Prolite gb2488hsu-144hz and when i Stream only the desktop everything is okey when I want to start streaming cs: go the stream freeze but only when I'm in game in csgo, when I'm in the menu everything works good. In the game I have 1920x1080 as resolution and the same in obs. Bit rate in obs 1000-1500, I also have a second screen 1680x1050 60hz to read the twitch chat on but I don't know where the problem is. Please help me and thanks in advance!
