Hello Guys im a new person who is streaming for german people.
My big problem is... when im streaming.. the fps in OBS go down to 3 FPS or 10 or 19 and so on... its like laggy but it isnt.. Ingame FPS is more then 30 FPS but OBS FPS is not constant 30 FPS, what is the Problem?
Here my Spec:
quality: 7
bitrate: 1000 puffer: 1200
Audio: AAC Bitrate:96
Video: 960x540 but its not my monitor .. my monitor is 1360x768
30 FPS, Aero enable
CPU: superfast
please help.
