Problem with obs audio that only happens to me :(

I put them in a situation, I've been streaming with obs for 7 months, and I've had this same problem for 6 months and I can't find where to fix it.
The problem I have is that sometimes the audio from my pc is picked up in obs, but not in the output and other times the audio is completely ruined, the desktop audio stops listening and the microphone audio is choppy. Please I want to know what I can do to solve it, I tried to do it alone but I can't find where or how to solve it.

It may be as simple as needing to make sure your sample rate is the same across all devices and OBS
