Hey guys!

I recently bought some new components to my pc.
I formatted my pc and after that I did clean windows 10 install.

I downloaded obs v0.657b+CLR browser, then i copied my old OBS folder to /appdata/roaming directory.

atm my computer specs are:
-Asus Maximus Hero VIII
- i7 6700K 4.0 Ghz
- MSI GTX970
-16Gb DDR4 2666Mhz

All drivers are updated, i tried also downgrade my drivers but that didnt help...

im streaming with 2 monitors, 1: 144hz BenQ and second monitor is 60hz Acer. Both 24"

So.. i use OBS 64bit (tried 32bit without difference) and twitch dashboard with google chrome in my second monitor and csgo is opened in windowed fullscreen mode in the BenQ.

I dont get anykind of fps loss, but csgo just feels like its stuttering and lagging all the time when I move my mouse. And the magic is.. its only happening when i have something opened in my second monitor, and if i minimize my browser and OBS, stuttering stop and csgo runs really smooth without problems.

Then if I open them again in my second monitor, stuttering starts again..
Actually same thing happens if im watching any twitch stream (tried youtube without problems)..

Also tested chrome closed and OBS opened on my screen -> stuttering
Chrome opened and watching streams via twitch and OBS closed -> stuttering
both closed -> no problemos

So it feels that if something move on my second monitor it starts to stutter.

Before i bought new motherboard + processor I had i5 4690K and had no any problems with i5.

I really dont know what to do :( Need your help bros!
Sorry for my bad english but hope u understand my problem.
