Question / Help Problem with my scenes they won't adapt!

I have a problem since 2 days my OBS Scenes changed they have a black strips and i cant adapt them .
I dont know how to change it !
Sorry for my bad English.

when previewing or streaming right click the item (or game) goto size/move and fit to screen

If i use "fit to screen " it have black strips at top and bottom site
