Question / Help Problem with monitor capture

So I'm currently using a laptop with a external monitor. I try turning monitor capture on but it show black screen. Then I disabled the intergrated graphics card, the monitor capture works, but then my external monitor doesnt. It seems like the HDMI outlet is running thru the intergrated graphics card. Also after i disabled it, I can't open my NVIDIA control panel, it'll give me an error message saying something like my nvidia gpu is being used. Anyone know how to fix this??

I've tried that, thats when I disabled my intergrated video card but then my nvidia860gtx start having problem, or at least the nvidia control panel does. And for window capture, it works, but Im also trying to do monitor capture, but that does not work. And the compatibility mode on the monitor capture is grayed out.

You can't use monitor capture when you've configured it like it says on that page.
