This problem can be easily solved.
Add an OBS agent to your shortcut, as in my screenshot:
--user-agent = "Superuser"
You have too many quotes "" at the start.
I used to send a screenshot with the correct location of the code and the same error...the command line options given above should be OUTSIDE the quotes that were originally in the shortcut, not inside.
Does not work. returns a file name error...
Didn't put enough spaces after the quotes for the original file name
