Problem with game ping while streaming

I have adjusted all possible settings in the obs. I have problem, when I start streaming, instantly ping start to jump to 30, while when I'm not streaming ping 1-5. I don't think I have internet problem, here is my internet speed.

8gb RAM
Kingston SSD 240gb
