Question / Help Problem with Game Capture after update to 0.611b

Hello OBS Team

First of all thanks for a great program and a great job you guy's do with OBS ( Switched over to you guy's from Xsplit payed version because of this is a better program ).

Unfortunally I have got a problem after I have updated to 0.611b today.
When I try to record or stream Dota 2 then the video is completely black ( have tryed to restart obs to test if just was one timer ), but the audio is there.

Unfortunally I could not get the software to upload my newest log in the program ( could not see it in the log tab ), but I have copyed and posted it on pastebin ( Hope that is okay ).

just as an information, then I can say that I had no problem streaming or recording dota 2 with game capture before the update.

Try running OBS as admin or disable your security/virus software.

Thanks for your quick responce R1CH and admin rights did fix it, unfortunally that is a no go on my system ( Security Reasons ) specially when it havnt been needed before and there is no reasons listed to why its shall be activated or what you are doing with it.

What have you guy's changed since you want full controll over my system from one version to another?

Hi!!! im having the same problem!!! I tried to stream LOL and it keeps getting a black screen.

For me though when I try to start up OBS it says my webroot security isn't going to run well with it so I disabled it but the same thing still happens. I also tried running admin but no luck. I was able to stream just fine with no problems before the update.

I am having the same problem also and I am getting a black screen trying to stream call of duty ghosts with a elgato!

I have just noticed that after I have rebooted my computer then It can't stream or record when using game capture, even when I run the software with admin rights.

But if I'm taking the 32 bit version on my computer then it still uses the old v0.60b ( It asked if I would update, but I said no ), and then I have no problem record or stream with game capture

tanja84dk - the error in the log is "access denied", which means that if already running as admin, then something (perhaps anti-virus?) is blocking OBS from being able to use it. If you see:
Warning -- GraphicsCaptureSource::BeginScene: Failed to inject library, error code = 5

Then that means something is blocking it.
