when i am streaming i see the live lag of fps having set 60fps, from 60fps it drops to 20, how can i solve this problem?
Get a more powerful computer? Play with the beta StreamFX plugin for AMD (or get a Turing NVENC) for GPU encoding offload? ;^)
search these forums or listen to EposVox on why AMD's encoding offload is poor
but I suspect you'd prefer to improve/optimize your current setup right?
start by paying attention to other posts, especially this important pinned post in this forum
OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

And realize that log only deals with OBS (and provided important extra details that your list doesn't provide). You may need to optimize your OS setup, as real-time video encoding is VERY computationally demanding and your gaming and OBS settings together may be too much for your PC [hopefully not].
I recommend monitoring hardware resource (CPU, GPU, RAM, etc) utilization [options include using Task manager’s Performance tab and/or Resource Monitor] to see if your system is being maxed out with your settings. And if it is, you'll need to adjust/balance your resource demands. This may include optimizations to the OS to reduce load (ie, turn off Win10 eye candy and other unnecessary background tasks/processes)
And be realistic - if your gaming is close to or actually maxes out your PC before even starting OBS, something will have to give
