Question / Help Problem with explosion

Hi, I am new to OBS and I record gameplay, I don't speak English very well so if you don't understand something i try to explain it better.
Now i am recording a first person shooter (shadow warrior to be accurate).
After I have recorded my video, I have noticed that every time there is an explosion (or a lot of fire) the video suffered a fall of fps. The strange fact is that during the gameplay I don't notice anything because the game move smooth and whitout interruption.
What can I do?

The features of my PC are:

- 8gb RAM
- Intel I7-3770 3.40GHz 64bit
- Video Card Nvidia GTX 650 (I use NVENC for my records)
- Desktop 1920x1080

My settings of OBS are:

- Bitrate = 60000
- Encoder = hardware NVENC
- Encoder preset = High Performance
- Recording format = flv
- Base resolution = 1920x1080
- Output scaled resolution = 1280x720
- Downscale filter = Bilinear
- FPS = 30
- Process priority = High
(All the other features I haven't mentioned are setted as default)

I must point out that except for the explosions the video with these settings go smooth and good.
If you need other information, tell me.

There's no stream or record attempt in that log.

Please post a link to a clean log file. To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.

Code:
20:13:44.728: Output 'simple_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 90 (2.7%)
20:13:47.308: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 144/3445 (4.2%)

From the log, you're simply overloading your system. Make sure you have FPS capped in your game to avoid it using all your system resources and leaving none left for OBS.
