Question / Help Problem with Direct X 10/Intel(R) HD, Please Help!

Just getting started with OBS and I am sure I will have lots of questions, but I cannot even get a stream going becaust OBS is telling me there is a problem with Direct X 10. I'm guessing the problem is 1 or 2 things:
1- I have Direct X 11 installed instead of 10
2 - My graphics card, Intel(R) HD is not compatible with OBS
