Question / Help Problem with Custom RTMP streaming

Hi,

I have a problem with custom RTMP. I get e wowza shared hosting account and I am trying to stream via OBS but I can't. Another software like Wirecast or Flash media encoder is allright but problem with OBS. My stream details like this.

FMS URLrtmp://192.168.0.1:1935/8004
Stream:8004
Username:8004
Passwordabcd

In OBS there is only server name. Nothing else. Please anyone help me.
