Question / Help Problem with Buffering

First i must say my English is no perfect, so sorry for it.

I tried a lot of times Stream on Twitch, but i always get the problem that my Stream buffering. I have no idea why, my Ping to the Twitch Server are 15.
I got a 100/100 up and download.
I stream with 3500Kbit/s but also i setup to 2500Kbit/s the stream is still buffering. Also i watch the stream by myself it's buffering. If u watch the stream it works for10-15Sek. than buffers again.

My Pc isn't bad, got 16Gb Ram an i7 4ghz core, Graphiccard GTX760.

Do you have some idee why my stream always buffering?

Yeah but why is the stream also buffering for me? That make no sense. And no one can watch my stream not a single person.

It doesn't make sense but it happens often. trust what your viewers say, not what you are seeing. This is why we advise to not watch your own stream on your streaming device. the ingest server isn't always the server that will broadcast your stream to viewers. the higher your view count (and partnered), the more the stream is replicated to other twitch broadcaster sites.

I hope this makes sense but if it doesn't just trust that what I'm saying is the best understanding of what could be happening.
