Problem with audio output

I am using OBS to play videos on a random chat site. The video comes out perfect but my audio is being weird. I am sending the videos audio into the VB-Audio Cable and it is working for the most part. It is reaching the browser as I used a audio checker in browser to see if it was coming through and it was. However, when I use the video chat room, it plays the video but not the audio even though my microphone input is set to the VB-Audio Cable. I do not know what the problem is as it works on zoom. Is there some sort of configuration that I doing wrong? Sorry if the explanation was a little weird but that is my problem. Thanks.

I am also going to say that it is not just a specific chat room website but it does not work for all of them. It worked once on Omegle but I do not know what I did to do it.

So the output works in the Zoom app, but the output is silent in your browser without having changed anything in obs?

Sorta. It does work in zoom but it does not seem to be working in chat rooms but according to a audio checker site, it is working and coming through but it wont work on any chatrooms.
