Bug Report Problem With Apu's?

Ever since the 2nd newest update or a very recent update, I have been having problems.
I have an apu and about 6 up.
My settings are lower than what I think they are supposed to be.
But I moved into a new house with way better internet, in my old house I had less than 1 Mb of up.
So, its not the internet.
The only thing I can pin point it down to is the updates cause I know people have been having trouble.

What is the problem exactly?
What the problem is that I am dropping frames.
Im not exactly sure why.
But I think it can be the new updates because I was fine before that.
But now I am dropping frames

Dropping frames means the bitrate is too high. No late/lagged frames so your settings are fine for the hardware. Try other servers, and if that doesn't work you will have to start lowering bitrate until the frame drops stop.

Also go and run a 6MB test at http://testmy.net/upload as though your ISP may SAY you have a certain amount of upstream, it doesn't mean that you actually have it constant, which is required for livestreaming. Don't bother with speedtest.net, it's more concerned with overall transfer speeds than constant throughput speeds.
