Bug Report Problem while streaming Minecraft.

So I have this porblem when i try to stream Minecraft. It like duplicates it on the screen and I have no idea how to fix it. If anyone knows or had this problem before and knows how to fix it please help me.
Dont ask me to do this because I already have.

1. Delete minecraft
2. Uninstall OBS
3. Delete the directorys for minecraft
4. Delete the directorys for OBS

See if this works:

Exit OBS if open
Go to start/run (or if on windows 8+, press windows key + R to open 'run...')
Type in %appdata%\obs
Delete the 'shaderCache' folder'
Restart OBS and see if it works

Not entirely sure if that will work though -- what sort of graphics processor do you have? Could we see an OBS log file? http://obsproject.com/forum/threads/problem-make-sure-to-post-a-log-and-or-crash-dump-howto.97/
