Question / Help Problem when recording Stadia

Whenever I start recording a Stadia gameplay with OBS, the resolution drops drastically, which makes the game look blurry and horrible. When I stop recording, it gets back to high. I don't understand why OBS Studio is affecting Chrome/Stadia that much. Something important to be pointed out is that, when I record Stadia with Nvidia Shadow Play, the problem doesn't occur at all. However, I do want to record it with OBS since this tool is way better.

Sorry I'm late but it might be because OBS uses CPU to encode it and Stadia also uses CPU to decode. If your CPU isn't that powerful than it can cause you to loose quality.
