Problem trying to get OBS to work

Hi having a problem trying to get OBS working.It comes up with loads of screens have tried deleting the programme and reinstalling a few times but i cant get rid of these screens, they come back, sure they should'nt be there, but keep coming back on when i reinstall programme. grateful of any help.

Turn off Windows capture before you shut down the computer.

Did'nt work, when I go on display capture it shows loads of screens have tried deleting the programme and reinstalling a few times but i cant get rid of these screens, they come back, but keep coming back on when i reinstall programme. Ive tried deleteing OBS with Revo Uninstaller and removing everything in OBS and reinstalling, but still get nothing in the display screen[only the screens]. Pic here of what I see on PC.
