Looks fine for me.
Bad quality but that's because of the bitrate I guess.

Did not really stutter anything for me :)

Hello,
you can try to increase your bitrate for sure. I had 2.4MB upload before i got a new internet connection and i was streaming with 2000 bitrate. so 400 kbit below the max. without any ping issues, framedrops or something. I would go for 1500 or 1600, with cbr of course. Try how much you can set without any framedrops or ping issues.

Also use the Laczos filter in video settings. If you have a low cpu usage while streaming, choose "faster" preset or go for 60fps. (But i've heared it isn't really worth to go above 30fps when your stream bitrate is below 2000. So i prefer the preset for you. But feel free to test it.)

Note that 1500 is the minimum bitrate to stream with an acceptable quality in 720p. That isn't really a wonder that your stream is pixelated. But don't expect that your stream will ever looks clearly with your bandwidth and the current h.264 encoding :D

Greetings from germany :)

I think it is more stable in 616p when you're moving, but it could be more blurry. Just test it out. But i personally would start at 1500 bitrate and go up to reach the maximum without frame dropping, with 720p downscaled.
