Question / Help Problem streaming League of legends

The problem that i have is that when im in the lobby of a game and it star the stream turns black and i have to change the window that the OBS is streaming to change it to the game.
Also when the game finish i must revert what i did so the OBS stream the lobby of the game.. There is some way that the program do this by himself o i must do all the time by myself? Help plz

if you are using windows 8 i have solution for you that works, im capturing monitor, but to run league in full screen and avoid black screen im setting up league of legends.exe to run in compatibility with windows 7 and it works :)
