Problem streaming an old pc.

Oi,

Eu tenho um pc arcade (quando eu ligo, ele já começa com os jogos, sem qualquer iniciação do windows, mas ainda é um pc), tentei conectar o cabo hd nele e depois este cabo em um capturador de vídeo , mas o obs não reconhece qualquer imagem dela. Parece que ele estava desafinado (aquela marca colorida que aparece quando a TV está desligada).
Ps. I tested another cable and didnt work too

Hi,

I have an arcade pc (when i turn it on, it begins with the games already, withou any windows initiation, but it stills a pc), i tried to plug in the hd cable on it and then this cable on a video capturer, but obs doenst recognoze any image form it. It appears like he was out of tune (that color mark that appears when tv are off).

2 different audio samplings rates is not recommended
log shows issue issue with video capture device. lots of technical complications with what you are trying to do, including possibly digital rights management (copy protection/ ie HDCP or similar). And then ther is the basics of getting the exact refresh/sync rate properly set, and then having a good enough capture device (if copy protection isn't preventing capture entirely).
