Question / Help Problem Selecting Video Adapter

Hi!
I wanted to start streaming, but I couldn't select my video adapter.I have one integrated from the processor and a Nvidia but no one appears at options.I tried to start streaming without selecting a video adapter but unsurprisingly, the black screen appeared.
When I have the stream on, and I go to Video Settings I have this error: "Video output is currently active. Please turn off any outputs to change video settings."
What can I do?I'll be grateful.

//I know that my processor is bad, I'll buy an AMD FX 8320 3.50GHz X8, but I think this little Intel can cope since i buy the amd.

I tried the above steps for a black, blank preview window in OBS Studio 2016.
1. There was no "Renderer" drop down menu in the Video section
2. "Renderer" was found in the Advanced settings, so I changed to "OpenGL"
3. Applied, OK, closed program and then reopened it
4. The black preview window was still blank.

did this program is real or just pease of shit?
