Question / Help Problem resolution Logitech C920

Hey everyone

I'm a new user of OBS, and here is my problem. Everytime I try to setup my Webcam as a source, I can't seem to increase the resolution above 640x480, everytime I try to set up at 960X540 or 1280X720 I get some weirds artefacts in the image. CF photos attched to the post

Does anyone knows what could be the problem here ?

When I use that webcam, I use the logitech software to set it up before I launch OBS

Yes, that was my first idea, but no matter which settings I try in the Logitech software, I still got the same result in OBS
