problem quality

Hello, I have a problem with the quality of streams and videos.
I have a good computer I don't even stutter anything on the best settings and yet I have poor quality I've used the settings from every tutorial and still have poor quality I also have good internet.

Don't use any tutorial as all of them are old.
Just run the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the settings it gives. Don't change it.
Please restart OBS and perform a test stream of at least 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.
