Problem playing obs live streamed to Facebook using facebook watch

Hi, having ongoing problem getting certain tvs to play live streaming that we are streaming from obs to facebook. we live stream with obs every sunday morning to facebook. I got a tv to play the live stream in an overflow room with facebook watch. Will play previous videos that are now recorded but cannot play when live. This has happened with Amazon fire tv, a Cello smart tv and now with a JVC android tv. Friends are playing the stream on tvs at home with no problem. Help! just get 3 dots spinning round which usually means buffering but we are on a 150mbs line and other videos work fine. It can play zoom livestreamed to facebook. What would be the difference with what obs sends to facebook and what zoom sends to facebook? I presume that the problem is there
