Question / Help Problem once uploaded to youtube/after recording

hey so i have a problem
when i play in the game there arent any issue's and on obs studio itself there doesnt seem to be any issues
however once i upload it to youtube it comes out as like 1 frame every minute or something (its horrible)

It's not the right one but it does tell me that most of the problem is that you're running on a very underpowered system. You probably won't be able to solve the issue.
