Hello. Reinstalled the system and ran into a problem. In the OBS, I put the codec Nvenc and my bitrate does not rise above 3000, even if I put 6000 bitrate.
If i install the codec x264 , it outputs 6000 bitrates without problems.
I can not understand what is connected with.
Here's what I tried to do:
- Put other versions of the driver, new and old
- I put old OBS
- Changed server for stream
- put a bitrate from 2000 to 10,000, above 3000 bitrate is a stop
Yesterday, everything was fine, reinstalled Windows 10 and stumbled with such a problem.
