Question / Help Problem in video aquiring from Axis IP camera

Hi everybody

we have some trouble in using OBS in an installation we made some month ago

Our scenario includes:

- a server with OBS running
- an youtube account to stream
- 3 Axis IP camera

We configured all - with also an scene automatic switcher - and all seems fine. But, unfortunatly we have a lot of problem into video as u can see in those image (screenshot taken from OBS, not from youtube)

in a normal situation we can see video in correct way:

In first try I tought the problem was the server, not enought performant so we tried with another machine, but still same problem
I've tried to configure the video flow from camera same as OBS settings (imho to reduce the load on the PC) but still same problem

Try adding the RTSP URLs with an additional buffering parameter, eg:

rtsp://pratonevoso:WebCam!@192.168.0.212/axis-media/media.amp?buffer_size=4194304

thanks for ur reply; I've tried 3 different parameter:

?buffer_size=1048576
?buffer_size=5048576
?buffer_size=10048576

problem still the same
the things I don't understand is why using VLC on same PC video is correct and without any framing

No errors at all, in the log? Can you add working Video Capture Device to the same Scene Collection and look for the errors in the log again?

To use VLC plugin in obs - try vlc 64-bit (because you are using obs64).

I've installed VLC correctly in 64-bit version, but also if now OBS can find it, still same problem

How's possible? I've tried 2 different PC, 3 different cameras, all possibile settings, all driver updated, windows updated...
I can't understand why it's so problematic

/UPDATE: I've tried also
reduce risolution to 800x450

media.amp?videocodec=jpeg&resolution=800x450

switch to jpeg codec instead than h264
always the same

it's something like two month I follow this problem

pls someone can help me? where is the problem? how's possibile only to me happen this?

/UPDATE2:

I removed the resolution details, I started OBS, it worked for around 2 minutes and then it's still streaming to youtube but all sources are blocked (that's happened many times)

Do you have just an web cam? USB one? Can you plug it into your PC and add as source to obs?
