Hello, my problem is that when I try to configure the advanced tab of Stream, I change the configuration, BitRate Etc, I give Apply and Accept, and restart OBS. To see if it changes, nothing happens and it remains with the configuration that I try to take out. Does anyone know what problem my program has?
