Problem: I can not stream or record.

Hello there.

I am unable to start e stream or even record anything.
It worked forever and after a few months suddenly I can't start it no more.

1. Using Windows Update, update Windows 10 to the newest available version (not 11). Your version is no longer supported.
2. Make sure your drivers are up to date https://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/184717/en-us
3. Install the newest version of OBS from https://obsproject.com/download. Old versions are not supported.
3. Run updated OBS as Admin. Right click on the OBS shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.

If still having issues, then your encoder is not recognized. To fix this, go to Settings -> Output and change the 'Encoder' option. If still having issues, then post new log.

I tried to update OBS before but not from the Website.
