Bug Report Problem during Install

Problem during install. Everytime I try to install OBS I get this Error opening file for writing:

OBS\Plugins\GraphicsCapture\GraphicsCaptureHook.dll

And my only option is to ignore it. What should I do to fix this, and how is this impacting my OBS?

Close all your games or other apps you have used OBS with in the past, or reboot. This means the hook is still active in an existing process so the installer can't replace it. Not having this file or having an old version will prevent game capture from working.

If this is the first time installing, try disabling anti-virus / security software.

explorer.exe was the reason it was locked for me (For no reason other than viewing it, even though windows explorer wasn't open.) In the future, if anyone needs to find out what it is being used by, use SysInternals. It is totally okay to end the explorer.exe task from the task manager (attempting to do so via SysInternals will force Windows to end SysInternals instead.)
