Re: Problem with OBS

A more appropriate test would be to run an upload test here. Since that is near the server you would be streaming to. And as a result, it would show a more accurate reading of what you actually can stream at.

Re: Problem with OBS

If anything, that log mostly shows some performance lag. You may want to consider setting up your scene differently.

For League of Legends, the ideal setup is the following:

2 sources:
  • A Window Capture of its lobby window
  • A Game Capture of its match window.
However, to set it up like that, you would have to enable Aero, since Window Capture gets weird without Aero.

You would then have to switch between these 2 scenes. There's a plugin in the plugins section on this site called Simple Scene Switcher that will allow you to switch automatically.

Secondly, you're streaming at VBR 1500 Kbps. This may cause some lag spikes, resulting in OBS going over your actual upload speed. Which would explain any lag issues in LoL itself. To avoid this, considering doing CBR 1500 Kbps instead. It would stabilize the stream a bit more, avoid the heavier bitrate spikes.
