Je m'explique, j'ai uniquement le son de mon micro dans mes vidéo, le son de discord et du jeu je ne l'est entend plus

So,
track 1 ---> Realtek Mic
track 2 ---> Voicemeeter (Desktop audio)
track 3 ---> Cable Input (Realtek mic + Desktop Audio)

These 3 tracks are present in your recording.
Maybe your player does not reproduce them. Try VLC.


Streaming:
Default track streamed is track 1.
Unless you change this to track 3, your stream will have only your mic sound.
