Question / Help Private "Stream" w/o Delay

Hi, guys. Sorry if this has been asked before.

I want to hold private client meetings where I can share my screen and show a "facecam" at the same time (picture-in-picture) - just like a regular stream does, but I want the accessibility and lack of delay that Skype offers.

Is there any online services or apps that allow this? I am willing to pay for it. I would love to have OBS be a part of this setup.
