Bug Report Preview window became super small

So yeah, I'm using this software just for a couple of days and absolutely love it. But this strange thing happened, somehow my preview window is now minuscule and I cant edit scenes because of it being so small :


I've been through most options and I have no idea how to get it back. My monitor's res is 2560x1440 and I stream 2x resized @720p.

P.S. What does "use CBR" in settings mean?
