Question / Help Preview video is clear, but recording output is horrible.

Help!

My preview of the image is clear but when i put it into adobe premier pro, or when i preview it, it is horrible. All of my settings are as high as my computer can handle.

That’s what I did, I put the link in and now it says waiting for a moderator to approve
