Bug Report Preview/Start Stream not working

hovers between 1-10 fps, 0-20 kbs sent, when I click start stream it does this for a few seconds then auto reconnects

ive attached my log, and for some reason it only does this when Ive tried overclocking my cpu past a certain point, but ive bumped it back down and same result, im going to restart with normal cpu, test, overclock again, and retest and edit this post with results

Edit: well here's what Ive found so far

Any BASE Core Multiplier Above 20x will cause this problem
Any HT Clock over 200 MHz will also cause this prblem

These are only bypassed when using the Turbo Core Control Function, which will only increase the Core Multiplier to 21x

Ive no idea why the program would react negatively to any sort of overclocking honestly

Currently running a FX 8350 stock since it wont let me overclock and stream T_T

I can provide the last 20 or so logs of my testing if needed

AMD FX CPUs seem to break the timing functions in Windows when overclocked. You may wish to switch to the HPET as a time source by issuing the following command in an elevated command prompt:

bcdedit /set useplatformclock true
