Preview randomly freezes

Since updating to v28 and persisting in v29, the main window version of the preview will randomly freeze. OBS otherwise continues to operate normally, and if I have a windowed projector or fullscreen projector, those will be unaffected. Nothing shows up in the logs and there are no other error messages. The only way to get the preview window working again is to exit and re-launch OBS.

Update. This seems to occur whenever I open a new full screen application, or alt-tab out of one.

Win 11 clean install appears to have resolved this issue.
