Hi Dears,
I probably hit one of the strangers uses of OBS:
I use virtual screens to extend my "normal" desktop (kinda not like windows virtual desktop modes), so I need to project what's on the virtual screens into a real one.
I used to play with VNC in ubuntu, but on windows, not cool anymore.
Anyhow, among other usages, I have OBS 99% day on broadcasting my third or fourth virtual screen into my second monitor, using preview projection, sometimes windowed, most full screen.
It work great, event I have Scenes to switch from one to another virtual screen. Brutal !!
Only draw back, while I have opened any preview projection, my computer will not go to sleep
I read about the replay buffer:
obsproject.com
and I presume is a similar thing going on,
anyhow,
can something be done other than stop preview projections and reenable before and after computer sleeping
(and that's go every night, and most of "siesta" times even couple more times per day)

Question / Help - OBS Prevents Sleep While Replay Buffer is Active
I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature. Basically, if I try to put my computer to sleep while OBS replay buffer is on, my displays will turn off but the computer won't sleep. I have to turn off the replay buffer first, then the computer will sleep just fine. Is there a way to put the...
