Question / Help Preview not working correctly and video won't play when expanded

My preview screen is a white screen across the whole page and only displays video if I use windowed projector source. then it only displays video at the original smallest size of the window and when expanded doesn't play anymore. I also can't put windows onto the screen to adjust the size and position of each part. I can't figure it out. I've tried almost every setting to see if I missed something and posted to the chat forum, but got no reply. The screen began this way when I downloaded the program. I tried redownloading and installing the program again and it was the same.

Its been two weeks and no replies here or on the chat. Does anyone know how to get support from anyone from obs or something
