Question / Help Preview not showing anything, despite Game Capture showing the game correctly?

Ever since I uninstalled OBS to try Classic (stuttering FPS in the recordings) I reinstalled after Classic was worse.and now NOTHING will go to the preview screen. I go to properties on Game Capture and it displays the game correctly. I at first thought that I forgot to set scaling resolution, but now its fixed and it still only shows a black screen.
