I use OBS to record and stream at the same time. I use a dual monitor setup. One of my monitors manages the chat and obs and I use the fullscreen preview projector to display what OBS streams on my other monitor. The problem is that this preview start lagging super hard for a few seconds every minute or so, it's like dropping from 60fps to 15fps for ~5 seconds and then it recovers itself, before dropping frames again.
Using fraps shows that it has stable 60fps, but the gameplay definitely isn't 60fps at all during these stutters.
I have two different Hz Monitors, one with 144hz, which is the one I use to display the preview and one with 60hz, on which I manage everything.
Changing the Hz from 144 to 120 or 60 doesnt resolve the problem, sadly. The stream and all recording are working fine, the status also doesn't show any problems. It's just the preview on my 144hz screen that lags every minute or so for a few seconds.

Edit: Seems to be a problem with my Capture Card, it lags like this in ReCentral as well. :/
