yeah it wasn't for me either. We're never going to get this issue figured out I feel. I haven't streamed for more than an hour or two in over a month, I'm probably going to give up if this isn't fixed around mid march. I don't understand why this is the first time, in THOUSANDS of hours of streaming, that I have encountered such a persistent unsolvable issue. It not being officially acknowledged is also frustrating, and it being brushed off is infuriating

Hey guys,
I am facing this issue for a month. Watched a lot of videos, red forums, tried a lot tips but no solution. I realized that this shuttering appears only if I use my "full screen" scene and not only game, but other scene elements are lagging. Made a new scene and started to add my elements onto it one-by-one. I have a "game" folder for my game elements. Before I added this folder to my scene, a rolling text was lagging. So I started to switch off game visibility one-by-one. And lagging disappeared. I don't really know, what happened, because after switching on all my games again, lagging did not come back.

So my solution tip is: try to switch off game capture visibility for all your games, then switch them on again.

I hope this could help someone. Worked for me... Good luck, guys!
