Question / Help Preview is completely white, stream is entirely green

Frequently when I open OBS, I am greeted by a blank preview screen that will not change if I switch scenes or open a game for it to stream. When I look at the stream on Twitch, it shows the stream entirely covered in a dark green. Desktop audio and mic audio is still captured. I have images and browser sources on my scene, as well as text, game captures, and window captures.
